Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain consistency and availability, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Package sessions and subscription sessions are forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments.
